S.T.A.N.D., an acrostic, with a focus on Failure, provides practical instruction on the decisions, emotions, and activities each person goes through when overcoming failures. This seminar explains how having the right mindset and attitude for approaching failures shapes our lives. Speaker Anita Helm uses life stories, laughter, and honesty in sharing how to persevere in the detours of life’s journey.

 Because there are so many areas in our lives that take ups through and downs, 4 Dōes Productions has created five (5) different topical areas for group presentation focused on Faith, Career, Relationships, Finances and Failure. 
 
The  1 and 2-hour offering allows Anita Helm to provide an overview of her life experience in the STAND Area.  She will share lessons learned from her training and experience as a business leader, teacher, mentor, Christian advisor, wife, and mother.  She will also share insights for how decision makers in these various topical areas react to individuals who command their communication, their attitude and maintain their integrity throughout challenges in all types of situations.   

Attendees to these sessions will discuss in an open Question and Answer forum issues to allow Anita Helm to provide real and usable feedback on how to think, strategize and leverage resources to take more control to the attendees’ benefit.  The key takeaways are more than knowledge; but actionable next steps to bring awareness to the actual problems and identify potential solutions. 
 
For Organizations that require a longer STAND offering, 4 Dōes Productions allows for a customized  and interactive breakout session for groups that are instructor lead by Anita.
