Welcome to 4 Dōes Productions, LLC from me, Anita Helm. Welcome to more than a website, because this is a personal introduction to my speaking, teaching, and personal growth lessons offered to the masses.

Through talking, laughing, and letting go, together we can forge ahead: moving from just merely surviving to thriving! This platform has been assembled to share life lessons of the mountains, valleys, and pitstops of my journey. I speak to churched and unchurched people.  Based on the client's preferences for faith based references or not, Anita shares principles discussing all her offerings using humor, real talk and her life experience.  Anita speaks to all cultures and all audiences.

Only because of GOD, have I made it this far and through 4 Dōes, I am glad share messages of truth, love, compassion and hope for how to persevere in life. I don’t have all the answers, but for the few I may have, I will share. I believe GOD has a grand purpose for all our lives. How we figure out that purpose takes courage to take life on one day at a time. It is my hope and aspiration that 4 Dōes has a part to play in your journey.

Most importantly, 4 Dōes is a business founded on the principles of Christian faith. We are a business with the heart to bring the Good News for how faith can sustain you through the tragedies and joys of life.
